In a bizarre incident, a Saudi millionaire has been cleared of charges of raping a teenager after he claimed that he accidentally penetrated the 18-year-old when he tripped and fell.
According to a report published in Daily Mail, the 46-year-old property developer, Ehsan Abdulaziz, was accused of forcing himself on the victim while she was sleeping on the sofa after drinking at his flat in Maida Vale, west London.
The report states that Abdulaziz had sex with her 24-year-old friend and claimed that he might have fallen on the teenager while his penis was poking out the top of his underwear.
The two women had met him at the exclusive Cirque le Soir nightclub in the West End on 7 August last year. Ehsan had known the 24-year-old for around seven months and he invited the friends to join him at his private £1,000-a-night table.
He took the girls back to his apartment and offered them vodka before taking the 24-year-old into the bedroom for sex, the report said.
The victim claimed that she woke up early morning to find him on top of her. She said that he was forcing himself inside her.
While, the accused claimed that he went to wake up the young woman to offer her a T-shirt to sleep in or a pay for her taxi back home.
