72-Year-Old Man Missing from Mangaluru Since September 10
Leo D’Souza, a 72-year-old resident of Kollangana, Kasargod district, has been missingsince the morning of September 10. Leo, who had been staying at his sister’s home in Neermarga, Mangaluru, left around 10 am, informing the family that he was returning to his hometown.
Witnesses report that Leo was last seen boarding a bus at Adyar Padav, heading toward Statebank, Mangaluru. He carried his Aadhar card and sufficient money for the bus fare. Fluent in Konkani, Kannada, Tulu, and Malayalam, Leo has been untraceable since then.
His son, Ashwin John D’Souza, has lodged a missing person complaint with the Vamanjoor police. The family has appealed to the public to assist in locating Leo. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Vamanjoor police station or call +91 8086526732.
