Mumbai: JSW MG Motor India has released the first official teaser of its upcoming seven-seat electric SUV, expected to be called the MG Hector Hawk, ahead of its India debut on August 26, 2026. The company has also opened bookings for the upcoming model at ₹21,000 through its official website.
The new SUV will be the first production model based on MG’s newly developed ADAPT (Advanced Drive Architecture Platform). While the electric version will arrive first, MG is also expected to introduce a plug-in hybrid version in the following months.
MG Hector Hawk gets seven-seat layout
The Hector Hawk will be positioned as a spacious three-row family SUV with a seven-seat configuration.
The SUV is expected to feature bench-style seating for the second and third rows, giving it a 2+3+2 layout. Its longer wheelbase should also help provide reasonable space for passengers across all three rows.
