Bengaluru: Royal Enfield has significantly expanded the retail footprint of its electric mobility brand, Flying Flea, by inaugurating 10 new customer touchpoints across Bengaluru. The expansion aims to strengthen sales and after-sales support for the recently launched Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle and improve customer accessibility in the city.

The move follows encouraging customer response to the Flying Flea C6, which marked Royal Enfield’s entry into the premium electric motorcycle segment. Bengaluru remains the first city where the brand has established a dedicated retail and service ecosystem.

Ten new customer touchpoints

The newly inaugurated touchpoints are spread across key locations in Bengaluru, enabling customers to access vehicle sales, test rides, servicing and ownership support more conveniently.

These outlets complement Flying Flea’s first exclusive showroom in Jayanagar, which opened earlier this year, creating a wider retail presence for the electric sub-brand.

Hub-and-spoke service model

Royal Enfield has adopted a hub-and-spoke service strategy for Flying Flea in Bengaluru.

Under this model, the central facility supports multiple satellite touchpoints, allowing customers to receive sales assistance, routine maintenance and service support closer to their locations while ensuring efficient backend operations.

Flying Flea C6 leads the expansion

The retail expansion comes just months after the launch of the Flying Flea C6, Royal Enfield’s first electric motorcycle.

The C6 is powered by a 3.91 kWh battery pack, delivers 15.4 kW of peak power and 60 Nm of torque, offers a claimed IDC range of 154 km, accelerates from 0-60 km/h in 3.7 seconds, and has a top speed of 115 km/h.

Focus on premium urban mobility

Flying Flea has been positioned as Royal Enfield’s premium urban electric mobility brand, combining heritage-inspired styling with modern electric technology.

The company said the expanded network is intended to provide prospective buyers with easier access to product demonstrations, test rides and ownership services as interest in premium electric motorcycles continues to grow.

Phased rollout across India

Royal Enfield reiterated that Flying Flea’s expansion will follow a phased, city-by-city strategy, with Bengaluru serving as the launch market.

The company is expected to gradually introduce the retail and service network in other major Indian cities based on customer demand and market response.

Conclusion

With 10 new customer touchpoints in Bengaluru, Royal Enfield has taken another major step in building the Flying Flea ecosystem. The expanded retail and service network is expected to enhance the ownership experience for Flying Flea C6 customers while supporting the brand’s long-term electric mobility ambitions.
