Basavakalyan: A horrifying incident has emerged from Basavakalyan, where 18-year-old Bhagyashree Gundoore was discovered murdered with a fatal stone injury to her head. The incident occurred in Gunatheerthawadi, and authorities are actively investigating the case.
Bhagyashree, a resident of the village, went missing in the early hours of August 29. Her family promptly reported her disappearance at the local police station. Tragically, on September 1, her lifeless body was discovered in a thorn bush near the government primary school in Gunatheerthawadi.
The state of decomposition of Bhagyashree’s body indicates that the murder likely took place on the same day she disappeared. Preliminary investigations suggest that Bhagyashree may have ventured outside her home early on the day of her disappearance, where she was attacked and subsequently murdered.
