South Western Railway has introduced special train services connecting Belagavi, Tuticorin, and SMVT Bengaluru for the Christmas holidays, ensuring convenient travel options.

Train 07361 is scheduled to depart Belagavi at 9:55 AM on December 20, reaching Tuticorin at 11:00 AM the following day. Meanwhile, train 07362 will leave Tuticorin at 1:00 PM on December 21, arriving at SMVT Bengaluru by 3:00 AM the next day. These trains will feature a range of coaches, including air-conditioned, sleeper, and general compartments. Key stops along the route include Londa, Dharwad, Hubballi, and Tumakuru for the Belagavi-SMVT leg, and Krishnarapalayam, Bangarpet, and Madurai between Tuticorin and SMVT Bengaluru. Ticket reservations are currently available.

In addition, the Hubballi-Rameswaram special trains have been extended to include a new stop at Sivaganga. Train 07355 from Hubballi to Rameswaram will operate from January 4 through June 28, 2025, while train 07356 will run from Rameswaram to Hubballi from January 5 through June 29, 2025. This extension aims to enhance accessibility for passengers traveling to Sivaganga and other destinations.

These services are expected to provide travelers with a smoother and more comfortable journey during the festive season and beyond. Travelers are encouraged to book their tickets promptly to secure their spots.
