greytHR Empowers Women E-Auto Drivers with Financial Training and Mentorship

greytHR, a leading HRMS provider, is making a significant impact with its Women Empowerment & Mentorship Program, launched in June 2024 in partnership with Shishu Mandir. This initiative supports women e-auto drivers in Bengaluru, equipping them with financial literacy, professional skills, and mentorship to enhance their confidence and financial independence.

With over 80 women already benefiting from bi-weekly training sessions led by greytHR’s employee volunteers, the company aims to reach 5,000 women by 2025. While Shishu Mandir provides technical driving training, greytHR focuses on financial planning, customer handling, and personal development to help participants build resilience and trust in their work.
