The language divide in Bengaluru has long been a topic of discussion, sometimes leading to friction between Kannada speakers and those unfamiliar with the language. In a clever move to bridge this gap, an auto-rickshaw driver introduced a unique solution. He placed a leaflet inside his vehicle, displaying common Kannada phrases alongside their English translations, turning rides into a friendly learning opportunity. The leaflet, titled “Learn Kannada With Auto Kannadiga,” also includes the driver’s social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

The idea, undeniably creative, quickly won over the internet. A photo of the brochure, posted on X, went viral, with users praising the driver’s entrepreneurial spirit. Many appreciated his innovative approach, referring to it as a ‘start-up’ skill in a seemingly simple profession. A glance at his Instagram account reveals reels where the driver provides more Kannada lessons for his growing follower base.

In another viral moment, the same driver caught attention when he swapped his auto seat for an office chair, adding comfort to his setup.
