Bengaluru: Kodigehalli Police have arrested K.N. Jagadish Kumar, a lawyer who had been absconding for over a year after failing to appear in court for a case.
Jagadish was wanted in connection with a caste abuse case registered against him in 2022. A non-bailable arrest warrant had been issued, but he had evaded arrest by remaining out of reach of authorities.
Following an extensive search, Jagadish was located in Goa and apprehended. He is currently being brought back to Bengaluru to face the charges against him.
