A 46-year-old milk vendor in Bengaluru has been arrested for allegedly pushing his 40-year-old wife to her death from the second floor of an under-construction building in Sarjapura, Anekal, on Saturday night. The tragic incident has left the local community in shock.
The deceased, identified as M Manjula, was a homemaker and mother to two sons. Manjunath, her husband, has been charged with her murder. Authorities revealed that Manjula had been battling a mental illness for the past 18 years, while Manjunath had sought treatment for depression at NIMHANS last year.
