Despite recent maintenance, critical stretches like Hosa Road, Bannerghatta Road, and Outer Ring Road’s service roads remain hazardous. High-density corridors and tech industry hubs on the city’s outskirts have become especially perilous, lacking proper lighting and repair efforts.

BBMP Engineer-in-Chief B S Prahlad announced inspections, while Chief Commissioner Tushar Girinath aims to secure Rs 669 crore to resurface 459 km of damaged roads, excluding white-topped areas.
