Bengaluru: Legislative Council member Umashree has come to the defence of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, alleging attempts to implicate him in the MUDA land allotment case. Umashree claims Siddaramaiah’s family is being unfairly dragged into the controversy.
“Siddaramaiah’s wife received property from her hometown, which is legitimate,” Umashree stated. “This is a conspiracy to tarnish a democrat’s image and destroy a political party.” He demands a comprehensive investigation into the MUDA case, highlighting its inherent mistakes.
