A safari tour at Bannerghatta National Park, near Bengaluru, turned into an unforgettable adventure when a leopard unexpectedly jumped onto a tourist bus, leaving the passengers both terrified and amazed. The dramatic moment was captured on video and quickly spread across social media, showing the big cat attempting to scale the vehicle while curiously observing those inside.
The incident occurred when the driver halted the bus for a better view of the surrounding wildlife. Out of nowhere, the leopard sprang onto the bus, causing an initial wave of fear among the tourists. However, as the majestic animal revealed its playful curiosity, the mood shifted from anxiety to wonder.
“The tourists were initially frightened but soon became fascinated by the close encounter,” a park official shared. Despite the initial scare, the visitors quickly settled into appreciating the rare sight, thanks to the safety measures in place, including mesh-covered windows.
In an audacious move, the leopard even attempted to leap onto the bus roof before the driver gradually drove away, prompting the feline to return to the wild. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and the tour ended safely, leaving tourists with an unforgettable memory of the rare experience.
