The case came to light after the body of Vidhya Prasad, a native of Gorakhpur, was discovered in a BDA park at Nisarga Layout. Police investigations revealed that the victim had allegedly been involved in a dispute with three men shortly before his death.
Argument turns fatal

Body hidden in sack
In an attempt to conceal the offence, the accused allegedly placed the victim’s body inside a sack and transported it on a scooter before abandoning it in the park.
The discovery of the body prompted a detailed investigation, leading officers to identify and track down one of the suspects.
