On Friday evening, a chain collision on the Devarabeesanahalli flyover along the Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru left two cars and two two-wheelers severely damaged. The crash took place around 5:30 pm on the stretch heading towards Bellandur, just a short distance from Ecospace.
A photo posted by @Gange_putra on X showed a car tipped over on its side. According to the authorities, no significant injuries were reported, and, by Friday night, no formal complaint had been lodged.
However, the incident led to a major disruption in the evening rush-hour traffic, causing a complete standstill for several vehicles. Commuters faced major delays as a result of the crash.
Although there were no life-threatening injuries, the aftermath of the accident underlined the need for greater caution during peak travel times.
