Flying Flea, the urban electric mobility brand launched by Royal Enfield, has officially commenced customer deliveries of its first electric motorcycle, the FF.C6, in Bengaluru.
The company has chosen Bengaluru as the starting point for its city-by-city rollout strategy, marking a significant step in Royal Enfield’s entry into the electric two-wheeler segment.
FF.C6 launched in two colour options
The FF.C6 is available in two colour variants — Storm Black and Flea Green. The electric motorcycle has been priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom).
To make ownership more accessible, Flying Flea is also offering a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model. Under this option, customers can purchase the motorcycle at a reduced upfront price of Rs 1.99 lakh, while paying separately for battery usage.
The flexible ownership model is aimed at lowering the initial cost of entry for urban commuters considering a switch to electric mobility.
Bengaluru gets dedicated service network
To support customers, Flying Flea has established an integrated retail and service ecosystem across Bengaluru.
The company has adopted a hub-and-spoke model, with a central service hub located in BTM Layout handling specialised technical support and repairs. Multiple spoke centres across the city will provide routine servicing and maintenance.
Flying Flea is also leveraging Royal Enfield’s existing dealership network through a shop-in-shop format, enabling customers to access sales and support through select Royal Enfield outlets.
Focus on urban electric mobility
The launch reflects Royal Enfield’s growing focus on sustainable urban transportation as demand for electric two-wheelers continues to rise across India.
Customers purchasing the FF.C6 will also receive round-the-clock roadside assistance as part of the standard ownership package.
Industry observers view the launch as a key milestone for Royal Enfield as it enters the rapidly expanding electric vehicle market while retaining its focus on premium motorcycle enthusiasts.
