Brigade Group Announces Major Residential Project on Tumkur Road

Brigade Group has unveiled plans for a joint development residential project on Tumkur Road, West Bangalore. The project, spread across 8 acres, will encompass a total development area of approximately 1.2 million square feet (msf) with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 1,100 crore.

The new development will feature primarily two and three-bedroom apartments equipped with a range of modern amenities. Pradyumna Krishnakumar, Executive Director of Brigade Enterprises, expressed enthusiasm about the project, noting the significant growth in Bengaluru’s residential real estate market.

Krishnakumar stated, “Bengaluru’s residential real estate market is experiencing tremendous growth and we are excited to be part of this growth momentum. This project will be a significant landmark in this micro market of Tumkur Road and is in addition to our planned pipeline of over 12 million square feet (msf) of residential developments across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad in the coming year. West Bangalore is increasingly being favoured for residential developments owing to its excellent connectivity and existing infrastructure.”

The project is expected to enhance the residential landscape of West Bangalore, contributing to the region’s development and meeting the growing demand for quality housing.
