Mangaluru: Karnataka Bank’s 99th Annual General Meeting was held on 29-08-2023 through Video Conferencing. The meeting was presided and addressed by P Pradeep Kumar, Chairman of the Bank. Srikrishnan H, Managing Director & CEO also addressed and responded to the queries of the shareholders.
The members approved the distribution of a Dividend of Rs.5/- per share (i.e. 50 per cent) for the Financial Year 2022-23.
Present on the occasion were Sekhar Rao, Executive Director, Jeevandas Narayan, Independent Director, Top Executives, Legal Advisor and e-voting scrutinizer of the Bank.
