Mangaluru: National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Mangaluru Chapter is organising a unique program HR and Statutory Leaders Meet 2024 on January 13, 2024, at Hotel Ocean Pearl at 4 p.m. The meeting aims to bridge the gap between legal requirements and practical implementation, fostering a deeper understanding of compliance intricacies.

In today’s world organizations that prioritize compliance as an integral part of their operations not only mitigate risks but also build a foundation for sustainable growth and success in an ever-evolving regulatory environment. Hence, this meeting shall have a panel discussion on statutory compliances involving the Provident Fund, Labour, Factory, and ESI authorities. This is a unique opportunity for HR professionals to gain crucial insights directly from regulatory experts.

It also offers HR professionals a comprehensive view of their compliance responsibilities. The panel discussion serves as a valuable platform for HR professionals to engage directly with regulatory experts, empowering them to navigate the complex landscape of statutory compliances with confidence and proficiency.

The Keynote address will be delivered by Nanjappa K.G. Additional Director of Factories and Boilers, Government of Karnataka, Krishna Hegde M, Group General Manager (GGM)- HR, MRPL will be the Chief Guest and Steevan Pinto, Chairman NIPM Mangaluru chapter will preside.

The panellists for the panel discussion include M. S. Mahadev, Deputy Director of Factories, Division-1, Mangaluru A. P. Unnikrishnan, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Mangaluru Somanna, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Hassan Region Guruvinder Singh, Deputy Director – ESIC, Sub Regional Office, Mangaluru and Dheeraj Shetty, Immediate Past Chairman, NIPM, Mangaluru Chapter and Associate Vice President (AVP) Ultraviolette Automotive, Bangaluru will be the moderator of the panel discussion.
