According to TOI, a consumer court ordered IndiGo Airlines to reimburse a couple from Bengaluru 70,000 for not loading their checked bags on their 2021 aircraft to Port Blair. The couple landed at Port Blair on November 1st, but their luggage with necessary supplies took two days to arrive. They went to court, claiming that their holiday was ruined by IndiGo.
