Mangaluru: Hon’ble Union Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Shri Parshottam Rupala paid a visit to New Mangalore Port on 8 Jun 2023. Dr. A. V. Ramana, Chairman, NMPA welcomed the Hon’ble minister to the Port.
Shri. K. G. Nath, Dy. The chairman, along with senior officials of the Port were also present to welcome the Minister.
The Minister was later briefed about the Port operations & various infrastructural facilities available at NMPA. The Hon’ble minister also visited the international cruise lounge and experienced various available facilities.
Chairman, NMPA, apprised the Minister about several infrastructural and technological advancements harnessed by the Port.
Hon’ble Minister expressed happiness & appreciated the various initiatives of the Port to bring in environment-friendly state of art facilities, developmental works and various infrastructure facilities.
