Global coffee chain Starbucks has announced the launch of its Winter 2026 menu, bringing a mix of new and returning beverages inspired by caramel, pistachio and the viral Dubai chocolate trend. The seasonal menu will be available from January 6, as the brand phases out its festive holiday offerings.

With the exit of popular holiday drinks such as the Crème Brulee Latte, Starbucks is shifting focus to indulgent yet comforting flavours designed for the colder months.

What’s new on the Winter 2026 menu

According to details shared by USA Today, the winter lineup introduces protein-enhanced drinks and dessert-inspired beverages alongside familiar pistachio favourites.

Caramel Protein Matcha

Made with protein-enriched milk, unsweetened matcha and caramel syrup, this drink is available hot or iced. Customers can also opt for a newly introduced sugar-free caramel syrup.

Caramel Protein Latte

Prepared using Starbucks Espresso Roast, protein milk and caramel syrup, this latte is offered hot or iced, again with an optional sugar-free caramel variant.

Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha

Drawing inspiration from the viral Dubai chocolate trend, this drink blends unsweetened matcha with pistachio sauce, milk and ice, topped with chocolate cream cold foam and a salted brown-butter-style topping.

Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha

Espresso is mixed with chocolate mocha sauce and milk over ice, finished with pistachio cream, whipped cream and a salted brown-butter topping.

Pistachio favourites return

Starbucks has also brought back several pistachio-based drinks that have gained a loyal following.

Pistachio Cortado

Features three Blonde Espresso ristretto shots with pistachio flavour, steamed milk and a salted brown-buttery topping.

Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee with vanilla syrup, topped with pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown-butter sprinkles.

Pistachio Latte

Espresso combined with sweet pistachio sauce and milk, available hot or iced, finished with a salted topping.

Pistachio Frappuccino

A blended drink with coffee, pistachio flavour, milk and ice, topped with whipped cream. A coffee-free Pistachio Crème version is also available.
