Sweet-Factory, the world-renowned brand for Pick ‘n’ Mix sweets, originally from the UK, is now expanding into the Indian market in collaboration with Franchise India as its exclusive partner. With 200 stores globally, including locations in the US, Europe, Canada, Japan, and the Middle East, Sweet-Factory brings over 36 years of success in the candy industry to India.
Lisa Rosen, Managing Director of Sweet-Factory, shared her excitement about entering the Indian market, highlighting its growth potential. “India is an emerging market, and we expect substantial growth here in the coming years. Our focus will be on shopping malls and airports, places with high foot traffic,” she said. Known for offering Halal, vegan, and vegetarian-friendly treats, Sweet-Factory uses natural flavors and colors in its products.
The brand operates primarily through kiosks, free-standing stores in malls, metro stations, and airports. “We’re importing products from Europe and maintaining high-quality standards. While pricing may vary by location, the products will remain consistent across all our stores in India,” Rosen added. With limited international competition in the Indian candy market, Sweet-Factory plans to target a wide audience, focusing on children and candy enthusiasts of all ages. Their offerings include sweet jellies, marshmallows, chocolate-coated nuts, fizzy jellies, and more.
Sweet-Factory is set to become a standout brand in India, offering unique, eye-catching candies to satisfy every sweet tooth.
