Mumbai police have registered an FIR against five individuals for allegedly stalking a woman and damaging her vehicle in Jogeshwari. The incident occurred on Tuesday night outside a club on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), as the victim arrived to meet another woman. A group of five men, waiting outside the club, appeared to have plans to attack the woman the victim was meeting.
Although the exact motive for the planned attack has not been revealed, the five men are accused of following the victim and later damaging her car. The woman filed a complaint with the police, prompting the registration of the FIR under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). Authorities have launched an investigation into the matter.
