Hubballi Govt Schools Gear Up for Joyful Reopening Amid Monsoon Prep
HUBBALLI: Government schools across Hubballi are set to reopen from May 30 as the academic year begins. In anticipation, school managements initiated comprehensive cleaning operations on Thursday, ensuring classrooms, toilets, water tanks, kitchens, and utensils were ready for student use.
Headmasters and teachers worked diligently to prepare classrooms and finalise timetables. Special emphasis was placed on school safety, especially in light of the monsoon season. The education department has strictly directed that children should not be seated in any unsafe rooms and that repairs should be carried out using available funds. Teachers will be held accountable for any lapses.
District Deputy Director of Public Instruction (DDPI) Shankmukh Swamy Keladimath visited schools in Dharwad to inspect readiness. According to him, all necessary steps have been taken to ensure classes begin smoothly and joyfully.
