Amid a packed schedule promoting his upcoming action-drama Max The Movie, Kichcha Sudeepa found time to attend a special screening of his favorite director Upendra’s latest blockbuster, UI The Movie. The film, released on December 20, has been making waves across the Kannada film industry.
The celebrity screening, held on December 23, turned into a star-studded affair with prominent figures like Rocking Star Yash, actress Radhika Pandit, and Abhinaya Chakravarthy Kichcha Sudeepa in attendance. The highlight of the evening was the camaraderie between Kannada cinema’s three biggest stars—Upendra, Sudeepa, and Yash—captured in viral photos and videos shared by Lahari Films, Venus Entertainers, and KVN Productions.
Sudeepa took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his admiration for the film, saying, “Just watched #UiTheMovie. A script only @nimmaupendra sir can visualise and narrate. It’s amazing how his thought process operates. Happy about the response it’s getting and even happier for the team to have stood with Uppi Sir. Congrats and best wishes to the entire team.”
Meanwhile, the countdown has begun for Sudeepa’s much-anticipated Max The Movie, directed by Vijay Karikeyaa and produced by Tamil stalwart Kalaippuli S. Thanu. Scheduled for a grand release on December 25, advance bookings are now open. The film is expected to rival UI’s stellar box office run and set new benchmarks for Kannada cinema.
