Mangaluru: Milagres College, Mangalore, successfully organised a Research Development Workshop on its campus, aimed at enhancing the research capabilities of faculty members. The event, held on March 1, 2025, was jointly organised by the college’s Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Human Resource Development Unit, and Research Development Cell, focusing on promoting research culture among educators.
Inauguration and opening remarks
The workshop was formally inaugurated by Rev. Dr. Michael L. Santomayor, Principal of Milagres College, who underscored the significance of research in education. In his address, he highlighted how continuous faculty engagement in research enhances the quality of education delivered to students.
