Mangaluru: Milagres Educational Institutions, welcomed Rt Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, Bishop of Mangalore for a pastoral visit to the institution on June 22, 2024.
An assembly of staff and students of the institution was organised at the rooftop auditorium.
The bishop, while addressing the audience said “Each one is a huge treasure.” He appreciated the presence of the school and PU students.
He spoke about the importance of education and encouraged students to come back to the alma mater after their studies.

Rev. Fr Michael Santhumayor, Campus Director of Milagres Institutions welcomed the gathering.
Rev. Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, Correspondent, Milagres Educational Institutions, Sylvester A. Mascarenhas, Vice President, Parish Pastoral Council, Milagres Church, Rev. Fr Joseph Uday Fernandes, Principal, Milagres Central School were on the dais.
This was followed by a meeting with the students of Gladson Home, Heads of the institution and staff members.
Ameefa Afreena, a student of Milagres PU College compered and Melwin Vaz, Principal of Milagres PU College did the vote of thanks.
