Delivering the keynote, Mr Rebello stressed that “opportunity is with everyone and it is up to us how we make use of it,” urging students to bridge the role–radiance gap by seizing chances for growth. Mr Pinto emphasised adaptability and the importance of continuous upskilling in today’s fast-changing world.

Principal Dr Rio D’Souza highlighted the need for students to recognise opportunities and make proactive efforts to excel in academics and beyond. Agentforce session: AI and Salesforce opportunities

As part of the launch, an insightful Agentforce session was conducted by Mr Rebello and Mr Pinto, focusing on the evolution and future of Artificial Intelligence. The session traced AI’s journey from early pattern recognition systems to Generative AI and introduced the concept of Agentic AI—autonomous systems capable of reasoning, adapting, and acting independently.

Students also gained insights into the vast opportunities within Salesforce across domains such as Administration, Trailblazer Community, Analytics & Tableau, and Solution Development. The speakers highlighted that nearly 20% of Salesforce jobs today are digital roles, with strong potential for growth in the years ahead.

Building a community of innovators

Encouraging students to position themselves as innovators in the Salesforce ecosystem, both speakers underlined the importance of equipping themselves with skills for the era of digital transformation. The inauguration of the AgentBlazer Club, coupled with the Agentforce session, laid the foundation for building a vibrant community of learners, leaders, and innovators at SJEC.
