Chennai: It is rightly said that music has no boundaries. An example to this is Aishwarya Rangarajan, who had stolen hearts of Kannadigas through her mesmerizing singing performances in “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Season 11” in Kannada and has now been selected in “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Tamil”.
Aishwarya has managed to impress the judges Sujatha and Srinivas and the super judges in the first round of audition in Tamil, with a total of 100 marks and a qualifying medal. She has been widely appreciated for her range in singing and also command over Tamil language. The judges have said, “We are lucky to have you on our show.”
The song “Munbe vaa en anbe vaa” composed by A R Rahman and sung by Shreya Ghoshal from the movie “Sillunu Oru Kaadhal” was sung by her, which has captivated the judges.
Although Aishwarya was listed in top 3 spot of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Kannada, she did not manage to win. However, she bagged many background singing opportunities.
Aishwarya is also a talented actor for which she was given a small role in “Magalu Janaki”, a Kannada daily soap.
