New Delhi – Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, known as much for his wisdom as his cinema, recently shared an introspective note on his personal blog, touching on timeless themes of values (sanskaar), discipline, time management, and inner strength.
In his post, the megastar emphasized how sanskaar—rooted in culture and character—plays a vital role in guiding the younger generation through life. “Each learning is a day lived… from the young, new, this GEN, from any other Gen… a learning exemplifying the worth of its value,” he wrote, clarifying that values go beyond materialism and reflect ethics and lived experiences.
Elaborating on sanskaar, he described it as “a refinement, an adorning, the conduct of the ‘how’, ‘when’, and ‘where’. It breathes endlessly, not just in humans but in all existence.”
Bachchan also explored the paradox of time—how a lack of it often sparks productivity, while excess leads to delay. “When there is paucity of time… strangely the maximum work gets accomplished. When no paucity of time, work never even gets a start,” he noted.
In a candid admission, he shared his own battle with procrastination, calling himself a “victim of time in hand,” but determined to overcome it with willpower.
“Will shall be the strength. And that is the strength I work upon. Love and strength to all,” he concluded.
On the professional front, he was last seen in Vettaiyan, sharing screen space with superstar Rajinikanth.
