Ayushmann Khurrana has been chosen by the Ministry of Culture to celebrate Independence Day. He is supporting the “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiative, part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, which commemorates 75 years of India’s independence. In a video shared on Twitter, Ayushmann highlighted the unity in diversity of the nation and encouraged everyone to proudly wave the tricolour. He also mentioned his upcoming film, ‘Dream Girl 2,’ a spiritual sequel to the 2019 film ‘Dream Girl.’ The film’s plot revolves around a small-town boy named Karam, struggling to repay his father’s debts, who poses as “Pooja” to create hilarity and confusion.
Ayushmann’s involvement in the celebration adds to his reputation as a youth icon with a significant impact on the masses through his work.
