Following the life of Annie, who perhaps does not have much to celebrate in the story, she has to come to terms and face that her best friend Lilian is moving on without her by getting married, making her feel like she is now to be left behind.
While the movie is ridiculously funny, the moral behind it is, true friends will always have each other’s back, no matter how hard tough it gets. Bride Wars
Another wedding-related movie that still has plenty of laughs waiting for you. What is a wedding without the drama that comes with it? Within this movie, we see Emma and Liv, childhood best friends who dream of getting married at the Plaza in NYC. Little do they know, they both get engaged around the same time, and only one of them gets their date booked in, due to an administrative mistake from St. Marianne (the Plaza’s renowned wedding planner). Going against everything they both dreamed of, one of them should then choose a different venue so they can attend each other’s wedding (as best friends should), yet the inner competitiveness comes out, and bridezilla is awoken from both characters!

Bridget Jones’ Baby
We have all watched Bridget Jones, that is a given. Yet many somehow missed out on the third installment to the successful series. Within this movie, we see Bridget excelling at her career as a journalist. Everything seems to be going right, apart from the love life, unfortunately. Yes, Mark is out of the picture once again. We see Bridget getting involved however romantically with two fellas this time, one being the Mark Darcy (yes, again), after they cross paths at a party, in addition to William, a love guru who is internationally known, and happens to be attending the same music festival she is.
After a night of passion, Bridget notices her period is very much late. Yup, she is well and truly pregnant. Not knowing who is the actual father Bridget leads both men on, until they find out about each other, and the drama unfolds from thereon. The question is-who does Bridget want to raise her child, and who is the father? While, for those who have watched this, think it is not the best out of the series, it is nice to see things going Bridget’s way for once.
