Celebrity fitness trainer Vinod Channa earlier shared insights into how actor and wellness advocate Shilpa Shetty achieved a remarkable post-pregnancy transformation under his guidance.

According to Channa, Shilpa naturally has an ectomorph body type, meaning she generally maintains a slender build and fast metabolism. However, during pregnancy and the months that followed, inconsistent eating habits and reduced physical activity resulted in weight gain and lower stamina.

She also experienced discomfort in her neck, knees, and lower back, which made intense workouts difficult at the start of her recovery journey.

Gradual training approach

Rather than beginning with high-intensity exercises, the programme focused first on rebuilding basic strength and restoring internal balance.

The training plan prioritised:
