New Delhi: Known for portraying bold characters on screen and voicing her unfiltered opinions off it, Kangana Ranaut continues to stir conversations with her fearless takes on the film industry.
In a candid chat on the Raj Shamani podcast, the outspoken actress didn’t mince her words when reflecting on her unease within Bollywood’s elite circles. She described most industry parties as nothing short of a “trauma”, and labelled several of her peers as “dumb” and “completely blank.”
Kangana has long been vocal about the underbelly of showbiz, often challenging the industry’s hypocrisy and the pressure to conform. Her latest remarks only reinforce her image as someone unafraid to call out uncomfortable truths.
On the professional front, she recently appeared in the film ‘Emergency’, where she portrayed Indira Gandhi. Despite earning appreciation from sections of the audience for her performance and direction, the film failed to make a significant mark at the box office.
Whether it’s through her roles or real-life remarks, Kangana remains a force that refuses to fit the mold.
