After their successful collaboration in Love Story (2011), Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi are set to reunite for their upcoming film, Thandel. In a recent conversation with ETimes, Chaitanya opened up about what fans can expect from their chemistry in the new film, emphasizing that it will feel very real and authentic. He explained that unlike their previous cinematic portrayal of love, the story in Thandel will present a more grounded, relatable depiction of love and relationships.

A Journey of Love and Pain

Chaitanya further elaborated on his views on love, sharing that true love often involves significant pain. He explained, “Genuine love has a lot of pain in it. When you live through this pain and come out of it, it bonds the relationship in a very different manner.” He hinted that audiences will experience this emotional journey firsthand in the film.

Wedding with Sobhita Dhulipala

In the interview, Chaitanya also spoke candidly about his personal life, congratulating him on his wedding to Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4. He praised his wife for her efforts in planning their South-Indian wedding, noting how she infused elements of Telugu culture into every detail. “I’m so happy,” he said, reflecting on how the wedding brought their families together, creating beautiful memories.

Thandel, set for release on February 7, will be available in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
