Singer Neha Kakkar recently took to Instagram to reveal a deeply emotional tribute to her brother Tony Kakkar — a tattoo etched on her arm featuring both their initials. The design showcases two hands making a pinky promise, symbolizing their unbreakable sibling bond. Beneath it, the initials “NK” and “TK” are prominently inked.
In the video, Neha described the tattooing experience as “incredibly painful” but worth every second. She surprised Tony with the tattoo on his birthday, leaving him overwhelmed and speechless. “I wish everyone had a sister like Neha,” he said, visibly moved by her gesture.
Neha also took a moment to reflect on Tony’s importance in her journey, sharing, “A big part of who I am today is because of Tony. He’s been my strongest support.”
This heartfelt tribute arrives amid growing public tension between Neha and their elder sister, Sonu Kakkar. Recently, Sonu made headlines after posting a statement on X (formerly Twitter), claiming she no longer considers herself their sister. “With a heavy heart, I am announcing that I am no longer a sibling to Tony and Neha. This decision is deeply personal and emotionally painful,” she wrote. The post was soon deleted, but it left fans shocked and speculating about the fallout.
The Kakkar siblings, once known for their close relationship and musical collaborations, now face a period of silence and uncertainty.
