Television actress Nisha Rawal, best known for Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, responded firmly to online criticism surrounding a viral video of her with her 7-year-old son, Kavish. The clip, which shows the duo posing at a Mumbai event, drew backlash after a brief moment where Kavish inadvertently touched her chest. Trolls misinterpreted the moment, sparking unwarranted controversy.

Addressing the issue in an interview with Instant Bollywood, Nisha said, “People who see a mother-son bond through such a twisted lens should be ashamed. The problem lies in their minds. I have nothing more to say.”

The actress had attended a fashion event in Mumbai when asked to comment. She stood her ground, refusing to entertain the negativity further.

Nisha, who became a single mother after separating from actor Karan Mehra in 2021, has openly spoken about the challenges and blessings of motherhood. Reflecting on her journey, she shared, “It’s a miracle I get to experience every day. I feel privileged to raise my child.”

Previously, Nisha accused Karan of domestic violence and alleged infidelity, leading to his brief arrest. The couple married in 2012 and welcomed Kavish in 2017.

Despite personal challenges, Nisha remains dedicated to her son’s well-being and unbothered by public judgment. “It takes a village to raise a child, and I’m lucky to have mine,” she said.
