Promising South Indian actress Sreeleela, gearing up for her Bollywood debut alongside Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3, has reportedly agreed to a reduced fee for the film. A well-connected celebrity manager shared, “She’s earning approximately ₹2 crore for her role in the Hindi movie, while she previously commanded around ₹3 crore for her Telugu film Robinhood.”

“Producers in Bollywood often offer modest pay packages to Telugu actresses during their initial projects,” the insider added. “Sreeleela has willingly adjusted her compensation to appeal to the Hindi film audience.”

Sreeleela caught the nation’s attention after her fiery dance number “Kissik” in Pushpa: The Rule, which significantly expanded her fan base outside of Telugu cinema. Having already acted alongside stars like Mahesh Babu and Ravi Teja, she began attracting offers from Tamil and Hindi industries. Ultimately, she opted for Aashiqui 3, drawn by its celebrated legacy of romance and soulful music.

“The earlier Aashiqui films are considered timeless love stories,” a source close to the production explained. “Sreeleela is hoping this film becomes her perfect launchpad in Bollywood.”

Following the path of popular South stars like Rashmika Mandanna, Samantha, and Keerthy Suresh, Sreeleela is the newest face entering the Hindi film scene. “Rashmika has already carved a niche with hits like Animal and Chhava. Now, all eyes are on Sreeleela to leave her mark,” the source concluded.
