A horrific accident in Vadodara on Thursday night left one woman dead and four others severely injured. The tragedy occurred in the Karelibagh area when 20-year-old Rakshit Chaurasia, allegedly speeding at 120 km/h, lost control and ran over pedestrians.
Eyewitnesses were left stunned when Rakshit stepped out of the vehicle and shouted, “One more round!” His reckless behavior has sparked outrage nationwide.
Janhvi Kapoor’s Strong Reaction
Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor condemned the incident on social media, calling it “appalling and enraging.” She expressed her disgust, stating, “Sick to my stomach about anyone thinking this kind of behavior is something they can get away with. Intoxicated or not.” Her reaction quickly gained traction, with netizens supporting her stand.
Accused Denies Being Drunk
Speaking to ANI, Rakshit denied driving under the influence. He blamed the accident on a pothole and an airbag deployment that obstructed his vision. However, the police have arrested him and conducted a medical test, the results of which are yet to be disclosed.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will star in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari alongside Varun Dhawan and Param Sundari with Sidharth Malhotra. She is also set to make her Telugu debut in RC 16 with Ram Charan.
