Yash Raj Films has officially announced the release date for the highly anticipated sequel to the 2019 blockbuster War. Titled War 2, the adrenaline-fueled action thriller features Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani in pivotal roles. The film is set to hit the big screen worldwide on August 14, 2025.
Sharing the excitement, YRF took to its official X (formerly Twitter) handle, posting a fan-edited video that built anticipation for the film. Their caption read: “We must admit… you’ve hyped it up spectacularly even before our official promotions for #War2 have begun! Get ready for cinematic chaos on August 14, 2025, across the globe!”
With jaw-dropping action sequences, high-stakes drama, and intense performances, War 2 is expected to take the YRF Spy Universe to the next level. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film marks Jr NTR’s Bollywood debut, adding further excitement for fans.
