‘Valedictory 2017’ held at Pana Pre Uni College.

Mangaluru: Valedictory 2017 was held on 11th February in Camp Pana.

Prof. Maria D’costa presided over the function in the presence of distinguished guests Dr. Prasad Hegde, Chairman and Managing Director, Pana Education, Mr. Sham Shetty, Vice President, Pana Education, Mrs. Suyasha Shetty Director of Academics and Learning, Pana Education, Mrs. Usha Rao, COO, Pana Education and Prof. Ramdas Arya, Dean, Pana Pre Uni College.

The Chief Guest along with the Dean initiated the day’s proceedings by symbolically handing over the flag to Ms. Sheethal from the outgoing College Head Boy and Head Girl Mr. Vishal and Ms. Namana.

The program was given a touch of solemnity with the Dean,,Mr. Ramdas Arya lighting the candle to signify God’s life giving light may lead the scholars to the fullness of truth & love. He then lit the individual candles of the scholars who in turn took an oath to remain truthful and patriotic.

Mr. Karthik of PU 2 Science Batch and Mr. Madush of PU 2 Commerce batch spoke on behalf of the outgoing students.

The theme ‘Reach for the Stars ‘was symbolically presented by introducing each student by their distinctive ambitions and qualities.

The strength of the college lies in the dedication, encouragement & support of the parents. Mrs. Shrilatha Shetty shared her thoughts and expressed that she was proud to be associated with Pana Pre Uni College as a parent.
Mentor Mrs. Geetha Nayak also shared her message on behalf of the whole academic team at Pana.

Dr Prasad Hegde addressed the Class of 2017 and told them how they need to remain positive and carry the Pana Philosophy out to the real world.

The Chief Guest had two messages for the students – one to love oneself and believe in them, and the other to love God in all their actions.Mrs. Ashalatha rendered the Vote of thanks.

The function came to a close with recital of National Anthem .
