21 Students From 9 Countries Qualify Sdmimd Dbe Program

Mysuru: The program Developing Business Excellence [DBE] – with a Sense of Social Responsibility, designed for the overseas students studying in India concluded on May 30, 2022, by Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysore. The 4th Batch of the DBE program had students from 9 countries. The program was offered during May 16 – 30, 2022. Twenty-one students received the Program Certificate from the Chief Guest Dr G.R. Janardhana, Director, International Center and Professor of Botany, University of Mysore, Mysuru.

In his address, Dr Janardhana urged the foreign students to use the opportunities and the expertise of the institute of repute when they are in India for enhancing their skills and knowledge gain. Further, he appreciated the effort of SDMIMD in building awareness about India and its culture with a sense of social responsibility among foreign nationals.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr S.N. Prasad, Deputy Director, SDMIMD, Mysore, called upon the participants to be aware of the international environment and developments. He said it must keep us on the path of the learning curve and it should be lifelong.

Faculty members from SDMIMD, staff and the participants were present.
