Dubai: The sixth episode of NewsKarnataka.com’s Namaste Teacher will be held on Saturday October 9 at 8.00 pm.
The guest of the evening is Sr. Susheela B.S. MA, B.Ed (9th Rank in Karnataka State), retired in 2014 as a teacher of St. Mary’s High School, Arasikere, Hassan and since then teaching part-time at St. Joseph’s High School, KR Nagara, Mysuru.
Her students are Ashwini, from Mudigere, M.A, B.ED, Physical teacher at Government Primary School in Kampli, Bellary district, Pankaj Thakkar, Legal Empanelled Advocate with Bharti Infratel Limited, Reliance Jio Infocom Ltd, Reliance Jio Corp IT Park Ltd and practising at High Court Indore, Raghu K., from Kabbikere village, Chikkamagalore District, currently working in Firepro as a Service Engineer and a farmer, Hemegowda Madhu, CEO, V-Empire Overseas Consultancy Torino, Italy, Dr Sumanth Kumbargere Nagraj, Professor and Head, Faculty of Dentistry, Manipal University College Malaysia, Honorary Research Fellow, University College London, UK, Moditha S, from Arsikere, Hassan District, BE in Electronics and Communications. Heena Kauser, a homemaker from Mysuru, Dr. Rithesh Joseph D’Cunha, from Mudigere, MBBS, MD in Anesthesiology, Presently, Consultant Anesthesiologist at Father Muller Medical College Hospital and also Administrative In-Charge of Father Muller Simulation and Skills centre.
The event host will be Spearhead Media Group Mentor and Advisor CA Valerian Dalmaida, and the co-host Rajesh Sequeira.
The series aims to highlight teachers and the impact they have had on students through teacher-student interaction. The programme will be broadcast live on YouTube at youtube.com/newskarnataka.
