Mangaluru: Alumni are the key stakeholders who play a prominent role in the success of any institution, hence, it is imperative to connect with them regularly. Under the banner of “Sammilan”, an Alumni Meet 2018 was organised in an effort of the Department of Business Administration-MBA of Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management to engage and seek valuable feedback from the alumni.
It was an informal get together that was organised to get connected with the alumni and make the bond stronger with the institute. A gala evening with music, dance, games, food and fun, started off with a formal programme in which Dr Vishal Samartha, Director-MBA shared the success story of Sahyadri and apprised the alumni of the recent developments that took place from the holistic perspective of the institute.
Post this, the alumni volunteered to give a cultural show along with the current student council members which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was a great forum to get together and cherish past experiences and moments. Each one left with a bag of mementoes and promised to return for the next meet.
