Human Resource workshop for faculties concludes at Shakti Resi School

Mangaluru: A one day event on Human Resource workshop, organized by the faculty of the Shakthi Residential School Shaktinagar concluded with interaction with students.

The chief guest of the programme Hotelier Rajagopal Rai who runs addressed the gathering. Speaking on the occasion he said, “Teachers in today’s world need to be active and creative. They must have research skills and thoughts. The teaching must be such that, they should provide love and affection like a mother”.

“Amalgamation of academics and extra-curricular activities will enhance human values in students”, he added.

Prabhakar GS Principal of the Shakthi Residential School said, “Teachers and students are like a family. Parents send their children to our school with the utmost faith”.

“Inner development of a student is the main aim of a teacher. In the current technologically advanced world, the skill development programme plays a vital role. The teachers of this institute must make optimum utilization of this workshop in order to help build confidence in students”, he added.
