Bengaluru: Students of Loyola College celebrated Republic Day 2020, India’s 71st differently showcasing the India we all know – a compassionate nation. The Students visited and extended their arms to support their less fortunate brethren at the Besso Children’s Home and School, Denkanikottai, Hosur.
The children were entertained with games, sports and cultural presentations by the students of the College. The children enjoyed every moment of the visit, dancing and prancing with glee and joy.
A sumptuous meal satisfied their hunger. Their happiness overflowed as they received their prizes and gifts. But the Volunteer students of the Loyola Degree College too learned many a lesson – especially that caring is not optional.
The program was coordinated by the volunteers of Rovers and Rangers, NSS, Red Cross, and Human Rights Associations of the college.
