The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) serves as the exclusive all-India organisation for professional managers in human resource management, industrial relations, labour welfare, and training and development. Affiliation with NIPM provides HR professionals with privileged access to a wealth of exclusive content, both online and offline, sourced from local chapter activities.

These resources include sample policies, legal and compliance updates, HR insights, Personnel Today Magazine, HR mentoring, and more. The establishment of the MSNIM student chapter facilitates networking among students and HR professionals, offering valuable opportunities for interaction and mentorship, thus aiding in their career development.

In his address, the chief guest, Dr Ronald Sequeira, encouraged the students to make the best use of their competencies. He advised, “NIPM will help build your career. Creativity, courage, and self-motivation will go a long way in developing your professionalism.”

Steevan Pinto, Guest of Honour, urged the students to schedule monthly activities, build connections, and develop skill sets that will help them in their careers. “You must initiate programmes to support your growth in your career,” he said.

Jeevandas Narayan, Honorary Secretary of WNES, mentioned that NIPM can guide and help students by opening doors to the corporate world. In his presidential address, Manel Annappa Nayak advised the students to work round the clock and get connected with industries through industrial visits so that they can mould themselves to be corporate-ready.

Kavya Bangera welcomed the gathering, Kavya Naik gave a vote of thanks, and Twinkle completed the program.
