Providing proper guidance to students among important duties of parents, teachers: Pushparaj Jain

Mangaluru: The Brilliant Group of Educational Institutions held a consultative meet with parents and faculty about the current academic year at its auditorium, recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest, Abheesh Builders Managing Director and CREDAI Mangaluru President Pushparaj Jain said, “PUC education is an important stage of students’ life. The parents and teachers should provide proper guidance to students, he added.

Dr. K. T. Shweta, President, Anirvedha Resource Center, who was the main resource person in this programme, said that mental stability should be an integral part of people’s life in today’s stressful atmosphere. She called on the parents to cooperate with teachers so as to work on and maintain children’s mental health

Brilliant Group of Institutions Chairman C. A. Mohan Rao presiding over the event called on students to be disciplined for a bright future.

Principal Dr. Bindusara Shetty in his opening remarks spoke about the rules of the institution, curriculum etc. for the information of the students.

On the occasion, Parents’ Committee was formed and its office-bearers were selected.

Lecturer Prof. Naveen welcomed the guests, and Lecturer Ramesh
Kalladka delivered the vote of thanks. Lecturer Arpita compered the programme.

The programme was conducted following Covid protocols.
