Mangaluru: Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management Librarian Bharathi K has been awarded a Doctoral Degree in Library and Information Science by PRIST University, Thanjavur.
The topic of the research is titled “Digital Libraries in Engineering Educational Institutions in Karnataka State: An Analytical Study” under the guidance of Dr. Sujatha H R, Librarian (S.G.), Sri Venkataramana Swamy College, Bantwal.
For the last 15 years, Bharathi was working as a librarian for Sahyadri Education Institutions. She is the wife of Jayaprakash, MESCOM, Vamanjoor and daughter of Muttappa Poojary and Sunavathi, Ishwaramangala, Puttur Taluk.
